This ham is cured from the very best selected pork legs using a traditional family recipe. Trimmed to the highest standard, it is then cooked using traditional methods, resulting in succulent yet firm grainy ham with a delectably moreish flavour making the perfect centre piece for any occasion.
Price is per kg. A joint is 3.5kg approx. A final weight price will be charged on invoice.
